The Harte Hanks Time Management System (TMS) is the online tool for managing your billable hours. Salaried and hourly employees alike can use the system for allocations, while hourly employees will additionally able to make time adjustment requests (TARs) online. It will also allow the supervisors and managers to approve those requests.
When the pay period is over users will use the digital timecard signoff process to review and approve their time for the pay period.
